Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days. After your cup is made, it may take a few days to ensure your item is perfect before shipment. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Once out of my hands, I have no control of your package. Any damaged items must be dealt with directly through USPS by filing a claim through their website.
